Purchasing of Physical Goods
Please note: All orders on physical goods are subject to availability and in agreement of stated price.
On placing an order customers will be sent a confirmation of receipt of order and notice of dispatch via email and/or a unique tracking number by the appointed shipment provider. Please make sure you check your junk email in case the email is sidelined by your email provider. If for any reason we are unable to full fill your order, we will endeavour to notify you within 24 hours and refund the funds owed to you via the original payment method.
Delivery & Cancellation
The prices of the items quoted on the website refers to the individual item only and does not include the charges made for shipping delivery and will incur a separate charge made at the point of payment.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the prices, descriptions and details displayed on The Feel Good Vibes Co website is accurate, we accept that in some instances human error can occur. If such an instance arose, in the pricing of the good/s ordered by you, we will inform you as soon as possible with the option of placing a new order at the correct price, or of cancelling. If you have already paid for the good/s you will receive a full refund. We will only treat the order as cancelled in the instances that we are unable to contact you.
If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed, please ensure that it takes place within 24 hours as your order may have already been processed.
Delivery & Returns
Please note: All deliveries are the responsibility of the provided courier service once item/s have left The Feel Good Vibes Co. Any lost shipment, error in delivery, damaged or international duty charges are to be made directly to the delivery company/s.
If however, in an unfortunate circumstance your delivery packaging arrives damaged, please take a photo before opening. If the item inside is also damaged contact us by email: attaching the photo, along with your name, address, order number, details of the damage.
*All deliveries will be made to the address listed at the point of purchase.We are also not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, not able to be delivered, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and sufficient information for the item to be delivered competently.*

Returns
At The Feel Good Vibes Co we are committed to ensuring that all of our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchase, if in the event that you are unhappy with your item/s, and have a UK address you are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please return your purchase/s intact in a saleable condition in their original packaging, containing its invoice and where applicable, with all the original tags still attached within 14 days to The Feel Good Vibes Co. Please allow 30 days on receiving the return/s for all appropriate refunds to be made.
*We strongly advise that you request a Proof of Posting Certificate from your Post Office and via recorded delivery for your reference.*
Please note: Where applicable return postage costs will be deducted from your refund.
International returns
We are unable to accept international returns if you have any questions please contact us at womenwhoslay.co.uk if you wish to return an item stating the reason why and we will be happy to try and help.
Refunds
Please note: Refunds will be made using the same payment method you use when purchasing the goods.
